Court rejects JDU MLA Anant Singh’s bail plea in Dularchand Yadav murder case

Patna, Dec 16 ( UNI ) A special court constituted to hear cases involving MPs and MLAs today rejected the regular bail application of JDU MLA Anant Singh in connection with Dularchand Yadav murder case.
Special Judge Dhananjay Kumar Mishra denied bail after hearing both sides.
Dularchand Yadav, associated with a political party, was murdered on October 30 when he was campaigning for the assembly elections in Basawanchak village under the Ghoswari police station area.
