Counterfeit engine oil manufacturing syndicate busted by Delhi Police

New Delhi, Oct 13(UNI) Delhi Police on Monday dismantled an illegal factory involved in manufacturing and packaging counterfeit lubricant oil using the labels of well-known automobile brands, following the arrest of the mastermind, an official said.
According to the police, the accused, 50-year-old Naveen Singhal from Shahdara, was operating the factory from a location in Gokulpuri, which falls under the northeast of the city, along with four laborers, all of whom were from Uttar Pradesh.
“Police seized approximately 4,000 liters of counterfeit oil and equipment used for sealing, heating, and labeling,” a senior police officer mentioned.
