Congress state secy Dilip Bhalerao joins BJP along with his supporters

Mumbai, Aug 5 (UNI) Dilip Bhalerao, a Congress leader from Umarga and Lohara Assembly constituencies in Dharashiv district and State Congress Secretary, along with former working president of the District Congress Committee Prakash Ashte, joined the ruling BJP with hundreds of supporters here today.
Office-bearers, including former district presidents, ex-corporators and other leaders from Vasai-Virar’s Shiv Sena UBT group and Bahujan Vikas Aghadi (BVA), as well as leaders from Raigad and Amravati, also joined the BJP this evening.
Maharashtra BJP president Ravindra Chavan welcomed everyone into the party at the event held at the state office today.
