Complete e-KYC for Ladki Bahin Yojana.

Mumbai Oct 4 ( UNI) To avail benefits under the Ladki Bahin Yojana, it has now been made mandatory for not only the beneficiary women but also their husbands or fathers to complete e-KYC.
If the husband’s or father’s annual income exceeds rupee 2.5 lakh, the woman concerned will be declared ineligible for the scheme. This could lead to a reduction in the number of beneficiaries under the Ladki Bahin scheme.
To qualify, the family’s annual income must be below 2.5 lakh. For income verification, married women must provide their husband’s e-KYC, while unmarried women must provide their father’s e-KYC. The beneficiary’s eligibility will be determined based on this verification.
