Common Entrance Examination announced for Civil Services Preliminary Examination Training 2026-27

Mumbai, June 11 (UNI) The Department of Higher Education, through the State Institute for Administrative Careers (SIAC), Mumbai, will conduct the Common Entrance Test (CET-2026-27) for Civil Services Preliminary Examination Training 2026.
Full-time free training will be provided at various training centres across the state for the union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Preliminary Examination, and this entrance examination will be conducted for admission to the training programme, said Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil today.
Patil further said that under the Department of Higher Education, training will be available through the State Institute for Administrative Careers (SIAC), Mumbai; Indian Administrative Service Pre-Training Centres in Nashik, Kolhapur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Amravati and Nagpur; as well as the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Competitive Examination Guidance Centre, Pune operated by YASHADA, and the Savitribai Phule Academy, Pune operated by Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
