Patna, June 14 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in Bihar Assembly, Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, on Saturday promised to constitute a Commission of Ex Army personnel, if his party was voted to power in next state assembly elections.
While addressing a function of ex-Army personnel organised by his party, he said that a Commission of Ex Army personnel would be constituted if his party RJD was voted to power in next Bihar assembly elections.
It is a well-known fact that country was safe and secured only due to services rendered by Armed forces, he said.
"Our armed forces have defeated enemies on so many occasions in different wars since Independence," RJD leader said, adding that top priority would be given to recommendations of earlier Commissions of ex-Army personnel.
