CJI bats for Integrated Court Complexes across Haryana to make justice faster & more accessible

Gurugram, Jul 12 (UNI) Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant today strongly advocated the establishment of Integrated Court Complexes across Haryana, saying that the future of judicial infrastructure lies in creating unified judicial campuses where all categories of courts and essential legal services function under one roof, making justice more accessible, efficient and citizen-friendly.
Speaking after inaugurating the Tower of Justice in Gurugram, Justice Surya Kant said the Punjab and Haryana High Court has proposed District Integrated Court Complexes not only for Gurugram but also for other parts of Haryana, expressing hope that the State Government would extend full support to the initiative.
The Chief Justice said the proposed integrated judicial campuses would house labour courts, commercial courts, environmental courts and other specialised judicial forums along with supporting judicial services at a single location. Such an arrangement would save litigants from moving between multiple offices, improve coordination among different judicial institutions and make the justice delivery system more seamless and effective.
