Chief Postmaster General urges CS regarding mutation of postal lands in Telangana

Hyderabad, June 20 (UNI) Dr. P.V.S. Reddy, Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Postal Circle, on Friday requested Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao to issue instructions to District Collectors to expedite the process of mutation of postal lands in Telangana.
Dr Reddy met the Chief Secretary at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat here for strengthening of digital and rural postal infrastructure in Telangana, an official release said here.
During the meeting, Dr. Reddy informed that in 1,014 Gram Panchayats, Post Offices have been co-located in Gram Panchayat buildings and requested for further instructions to District Collectors to facilitate co-location of remaining 4,429 Post offices in Gram Panchayat buildings.
