Chhattisgarh Govt reassigns key portfolios, new responsibilities given to three IAS officers

Raipur, Jan 21(UNI): In a significant administrative reshuffle aimed at enhancing efficiency and strengthening governance, the Chhattisgarh government on Wednesday reassigned key responsibilities to three Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
The changes, notified by the General Administration Department, are expected to bring greater momentum to education, urban development and district administration.
According to the official order, Kiran Kaushal, a 2009 batch IAS officer, has been appointed Commissioner, Samagra Shiksha, a key post overseeing school education reforms in the state. She has also been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Textbook Corporation, placing her at the helm of curriculum and textbook management.
