Chhatrapati anthem from 'Raja Shivaji' released

Mumbai, Apr 17 (UNI) The first anthem from "Raja Shivaji", monikered 'Chhatrapati' has been unleashed, offering a powerful ode to the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Crafted by the renowned composer duo Ajay-Atul and delivered with commanding intensity by Ajay, the anthem, accompanied by a chorus of 80 singers, makes the song even grander and more impressive.
This song depicts the pride, courage, and self-respect of Hindavi Swarajya. This song is not only grand but also full of emotions. Its powerful music, powerful lyrics, and emotional tone make it special. It tells not just the story of a king, but also the story of the awakening of an entire society and the beginning of Swarajya. The song is choreographed by Remo D'Souza. Each step of the song is set to the music, clearly reflecting the people's pride, unity, and love for their king.
Ajay-Atul said about the song, "We knew it wasn't just a big song. It needed emotion, truth, and respect. There's pride in every note, but also responsibility. Working on such a legacy requires complete honesty. If this song touches people's hearts, that will be our biggest victory."
The film stars Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Boman Irani, Bhagyashree, Fardeen Khan, Jitendra Joshi, Amol Gupte, Genelia Deshmukh and Riteish Deshmukh. The film is also directed by Riteish. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Genelia Deshmukh, the film will release in Marathi and Hindi in theatres worldwide on May 1.
