Chaudhary to file defamation suit against Prashant Kishor for baseless allegation

Patna, Apr 26 (UNI) Bihar Rural Works Minister Ashok Chaudhary on Saturday declared that he would file defamation suit against "Jan Suraaj " founder Prashant Kishor for making baseless allegation against him about purchasing ticket for his daughter to contest 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Chaudhary told media persons here that Kishor had levelled several baseless charges against him. It was most unfortunate, and he had made up his mind to file defamation suit against Kishor for levelling such baseless and irresponsible charges, he added.
" Preparation is on to file defamation suit against Kishor, wait for few days", JD(U) leader said while responding to queries of media persons regarding allegation of Kishor. He would exercise his legal rights as citizen of the country, he remarked.
