Chargesheet filed against man who attacked Delhi CM

New Delhi, Oct 18 (UNI) In a significant development, the Delhi Police today filed a chargesheet against the main accused, 41-year-old Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimji, and his aide, Tehsinraza, in connection with the attack on Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on August 20.
The chargesheet was filed sixty days after the Chief Minister was attacked during a public hearing, or 'Jan Sunwai', on August 20.
The court has taken cognizance of the matter and scheduled the next hearing for October 30. It also dismissed the bail application filed by the co-accused, Tehsinraza.
