Character building is main aim of RSS: Krishna Gopal

New Delhi, Apr 5 (UNI) The project of nation building starts with building the individual’s character, as the individual is the nuclei of the society, said Joint Gen Secretary, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Dr Krishna Gopal.
Dr Gopal was speaking at the release of the book ‘Mustakbil ka Bharat’ at New Delhi’s India International Center(India International Center) on Monday, he explained “Up liftment of the society would start with character building, it is possible only when the individual is filled with patriotism and discipline- only such people would create great institutions and such great institutions in turn would create great individuals in big numbers. People like Homi Bhabha, Vikram Sarabhai and APJ Abdul Kalam are examples of that. Discipline is one of the hallmarks of the RSS, and this is lacking in our society today- otherwise why do people throw garbage in the roads? Engage in acts of vandalism? Are ready to pay bribes?.”
The book ‘Mustakbil ka Bharat’ is the Urdu translation of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)’s Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagawat’s Hindi book ‘Bhavishya Ka Bharat’. The book is translated and published by National Council of Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL).
