Challenge for 21st century leader is to ensure that his message goes in focused way: Parrikar

Panaji, Dec 15 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Friday said that the biggest challenge for 21st century leader is to ensure that his message goes in a focused way to his followers and to the location that he wants.
Speaking at India Ideas Conclave at a star hotel near the city, '' The real biggest challenge for 21st century leader is to ensure that his message goes in a focused way to his followers and to the location that he wants. Because ultimately, if he cannot control the crowd, if you do not have crowd shouting out Modi or Modi, or go with a mobile phone and display of the light, to really get your message through.''
'' Frustrations many times build up because leadership is unable to really get the message through and people with social media are expecting very fast results, because no one understands the difficulties of governance. So fast results and fast outcomes, quick decision-making is very important. In today's world I think, the cheapest commodity is unsolicited advice... Everyone feels that his advice is the best,'' he said.
