CEO Demis talks about capacity of AI in a ‘Google for Developers’ podcast

New Delhi, Aug 12 (UNI) Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis pointed out that models like ‘Google Gemini’ still need to become more advanced to achieve the full capacity of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
AGI is a theoretical form of AI that possesses human-level cognitive abilities and enables it to perform any intellectual task that a human can.

Hassabis was speaking in a podcast with host Logan Kilpatrick and discussed a lot about the capacity of advanced AI products.
Hassabis pointed out that the Gemini model, powered by ‘Deep Think’, can win gold medals at the International Mathematical Olympiad.

Moreover, Deep learning models have shown impressive capabilities in solving advanced mathematical reasoning problems with their ability to analyze patterns, perform logical deductions, and manipulate symbolic representations.
Speaking in a podcast Hassabis stressed that solving issues in AI is not easy and some of them need to be solved to let AI reach its full potential.
