CBI files status report before SC in RG Kar hospital medic rape-muder case

New Delhi, Sep 17 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation, which is probing the alleged rape and murder of a postgraduate trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata, on Tuesday filed the status report in the Supreme Court.
A bench comprising Chief Justice of India (CJI) D Y Chandrachud, Justice J B Pardiwal and Justice Manoj Mishra said that it has seen the line of investigation being carried out by the CBI and is convinced that it is attempting to unearth the absolute truth.
