CBI files closure report in Sushant Singh Rajput death case

Mumbai, Mar 22 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday submitted a closure statement in the death case of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in 2020.
However, many had raised questions about his death. The family had also demanded that the investigation into his death be handed over to the CBI. After that, the government handed over the investigation into the case to the CBI.
According to sources, no concrete evidence was found in the case of actor Rajput's death, so a report has been submitted to the court that the case should be closed. At the time of this incident, the family had raised questions about his death. The family had claimed that there was definitely some conspiracy behind Sushant's inability to take his life. However, the CBI has submitted a closure report in the court. Therefore, the court will decide whether to accept this closure report and close the case or order further investigation by the investigating agency.
Rajput died on June 14, 2020. After 4 years and 4 months, the CBI has filed a closure report.
