Adani sets up Paradip Port subsidiary for dry bulk berths project in Odisha

Mumbai, Oct 9 (UNI) Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) informed the stock exchange today that it has incorporated a fully-owned subsidiary, called Paradip Mahanadi Terminal Limited, in order to develop and operate two dry bulk berths at Odisha's Paradip Port, on the eastern coastline of India. Fully owned by APSEZ, Paradip Mahanadi Terminal Limited has been incorporated with an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 5 lakh, which has been divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, according to the filing here.
