Hyderabad, June 2 (UNI) Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS) reported a sharp 240 per cent jump in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹5.94 crore in FY26, compared with ₹1.75 crore in the previous financial year, driven by strong growth across its business verticals.
The company also posted revenue from operations of ₹103.96 crore during the financial year ended March 31, 2026, up from ₹40.04 crore in FY25, registering a year-on-year growth of approximately 160 per cent.
ASMS achieved a positive net worth during FY26, marking a significant milestone in its transformation journey and further strengthening its financial position.
In a release, the company said the strong performance was supported by the expansion of its operating platforms, diversification across key business segments, stronger ecosystem partnerships and focused execution of its long-term growth strategy.
FY26 marked a pivotal year for ASMS as it continued to evolve into a diversified platform spanning Financial Inclusion and Digital Services, Agri Supply Chain and Technologies, and Diagnostics and Healthcare.
The Agri Supply Chain and Technologies vertical emerged as the company's largest revenue contributor, accounting for around 58 per cent of total revenue during FY26, reflecting its growing presence across the agricultural value chain and the successful scale-up of agritech initiatives.
The company also strengthened its Diagnostics and Healthcare business through strategic investments and partnerships, including the expansion of its association with Hyderabad-based molecular diagnostics firm Huwel Lifesciences.
Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Nandaluru Vidhya Sagar Reddy said FY26 represented a defining year in the company’s growth journey.
“Crossing the ₹100 crore revenue milestone, delivering strong profitability growth and achieving a positive net worth are important outcomes of the strategic direction we have pursued over the last few years. We have continued to strengthen our position in Financial Inclusion, built meaningful scale in Agritech and laid important foundations in Diagnostics and Healthcare,” he added.
Looking ahead, ASMS plans to further expand its Agri Supply Chain and Technologies platform, strengthen its Diagnostics and Healthcare initiatives, enhance its Financial Inclusion and Digital Services business and pursue strategic growth opportunities across its operating sectors.
