Matiks raises USD 10 million in Pre-Series A funding

Bengaluru, Oct 27 (UNI) Matiks, a social gaming platform focused on mind sports, has raised USD 10 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by General Catalyst, with participation from entrepreneur Ronnie Screwvala and existing investors, the company said on Tuesday. The funding will support the company's global expansion, investment in new games and social experiences, and the launch of an artificial intelligence-powered game creation engine that will enable users to build and publish brain games without coding.
