FPIs pull out Rs 20,974 cr from Indian equities in Sep so far

New Delhi, Sep 20 (UNI) Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) have once again turned cautious towards Indian equities, withdrawing Rs 20,974 crore from the domestic stock market in September so far, amid a combination of global and domestic concerns. According to data from CDSL, foreign investors were net sellers of Indian equities through September 18. The latest selling comes after FPIs returned to the market in July and August, investing Rs 20,200 crore and Rs 29,630 crore, respectively.
