CDK Global appoints Sudhakar Ramakrishna as president, CEO

Hyderabad, Oct 6 (UNI) CDK Global, an automotive retail software provider, has appointed technology veteran Sudhakar Ramakrishna as its president and CEO and a member of the company's board of directors, effective October 5. Ramakrishna, native of Hyderabad, succeeds Brian MacDonald, who is retiring and will serve as a senior strategic advisor to Brookfield and CDK during the transition, the company said in a release on Tuesday. Ramakrishna brings decades of experience in enterprise technology and software businesses across cloud, mobility, networking, security and collaboration.
