Godrej Properties inks deal to develop Marine Lines Land Parcel, eyeing Rs 6,000-Crore revenue

Mumbai, Sep 28 (UNI) Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd officially announced here on Monday that it has entered into an agreement with Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) to develop a prime land parcel of 2.5 acres in Marine Lines, South Mumbai, for a proposed luxury housing project. The project, which has been estimated to have an overall revenue potential of around Rs 6,000 crore, according to the company's official statement.
