Adani Ports sets up Indian Ocean Gateway Terminal in Oman to expand global presence

Mumbai, Oct 31 (UNI) Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) officially announced here on Saturday that it has established an overseas subsidiary company in Oman called Indian Ocean Gateway Terminal, as part of its strategy to expand its international presence as well as strengthen its position as a global integrated transport operator. The Adani-owned company was incorporated in Oman on October 21, according to a regulatory filing by the APSEZ with the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
