India's AI talent demand outstrips supply by 3.5 times, says BinQle report

Bengaluru, Oct 10 (UNI) India may need around 1.4 million artificial intelligence (AI) professionals in 2026 against an available talent pool of about 400,000, creating a demand-supply gap of more than 3.5 times, according to the BinQle Talent Intelligence Report 2026. The widening gap could pose a major challenge for enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) as AI adoption accelerates across industries, the report said.
