Bluspring unveils new brand post-demerger

Bengaluru, Dec 16 (UNI) Bluspring Enterprises Limited today unveiled a refreshed brand identity following its demerger from Quess Corp, marking its evolution as an independent listed entity and reinforcing its position as a comprehensive infrastructure management services provider.
The company, listed both on NSE and BSE, introduced a new logo and visual language symbolising progress, unity and forward momentum. The rebranding consolidates Bluspring’s diverse infrastructure service capabilities and legacy specialist brands under a single, integrated platform.
The new identity is anchored by the tagline ‘Infrastructure. People. Progress’, reflecting the company’s belief that empowered people and seamless infrastructure together drive national development. The logo, composed of interconnected blocks forming the letter ‘B’, represents the integration of diverse teams and services into a unified strength, while its forward-leaning design signals growth and transformation. The blue-green colour palette conveys trust, stability and renewal.
Bluspring’s updated brand architecture follows a service-line-first model, with ‘powered by’ endorsements for established brands such as Terrier, Hofincons and Vedang. This structure enables clients to access specialised sector expertise while benefiting from single-contract accountability and nationwide delivery. The company operates across integrated facility management, food and hospitality, security, engineering asset management and telecom networks.
The company said its positioning addresses a key gap in India’s infrastructure services sector, as no other player offers integrated capabilities across all major service categories. The rebranding aligns with India’s ongoing infrastructure push, supported by the Government of India’s capital expenditure outlay of Rs 11.21 lakh crore, and caters to sectors including healthcare, education, BFSI, IT, telecom, manufacturing, commercial real estate and government institutions.
Bluspring currently employs over 90,000 people across 28 states and more than 34 cities, serving over 1,000 clients nationwide.
Commenting on the development, Kamal Pal Hoda, CEO of Bluspring, said the refreshed identity reflects the company’s role as an integrated infrastructure services enterprise and unifies its category-leading service lines under one coherent narrative. He added that the new brand platform signals Bluspring’s intent to be a trusted partner for organisations seeking agile, compliant and people-centric infrastructure management solutions, while honouring the legacy of its specialist brands.
Shilpa Kona, Vice President–Marketing, said the new identity represents a brand moving forward with clarity and confidence, designed to convey momentum and collaboration. She added that the refreshed logo provides a unified platform to engage more meaningfully with clients and employees as the company continues to scale.
The refreshed identity will be rolled out across digital and social media platforms, corporate collateral, signage, advertising and employee communications over the coming months.
Bluspring Enterprises Limited is a nationally scaled, tech-enabled, and compliance-first integrated infrastructure services company, delivering facility management, food and hospitality, security, engineering asset management, telecom networks and talent solutions through its portfolio of specialist brands.
