BJP's frustration over paddy procurement exposed, opposition resorting to baseless allegations: Ansari

Ranchi, Dec 16 (UNI) Jharkhand Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Irfan Ansari has strongly objected to the letter written by Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi to Chief Minister Hemant Soren, alleging irregularities in the paddy procurement process.
Ansari said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has become politically frustrated, directionless and disconnected from the public in Jharkhand, and is therefore making unfounded allegations in a desperate attempt to remain in the headlines.
Ansari categorically rejected the allegations, stating that there is no irregularity whatsoever in the paddy procurement process.

Meghalaya names squad for Senior Women's One Day Trophy 2025-26
