BJP’s Biplab Deb slams TMC for ‘decades of misgovernance’ in West Bengal

Agartala, Jan 16 (UNI) BJP MP from Tripura, Biplab Kumar Deb, on Friday launched a sharp attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, accusing the TMC government of continuing decades of misrule dating back to the Left Front era.
He blamed TMC for economic stagnation, industrial exodus, and a lack of employment opportunities in the state.
He positioned the BJP as the primary viable alternative, emphasising the party's commitment to reinstating development, dignity, and effective governance in the state. Deb claimed that approximately 1.5 crore youths have migrated from West Bengal in pursuit of employment, attributing this trend to the TMC's policies, which he labelled as anti-industry and appeasement-oriented.
