BJP holds Bengaluru Chalo for nomadic communities

Bengaluru, Sep 10 (UNI) Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyuarppa today launched a scathing attack on the Congress government, accusing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah of betraying marginalised communities through "unscientific reservation policies" and adopting a "divide-and-rule" approach reminiscent of colonial times.
Speaking at a massive Bengaluru Chalo protest rally organised at Freedom Park by the Banjar, Bhovi, Koracha, Korava Reservation Federation of Karnataka, Vijayendra declared that the issue was not how long Siddaramaiah occupied the Chief Minister’s chair, but whether he had delivered justice to all communities.
"The Congress government has categorised reservations in an unscientific manner, denying rightful benefits to Banjar, Bhovi, Koracha, Korava and nomadic communities. People of Karnataka blessed the Congress with power, expecting justice for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and nomadic groups. Instead, the government has failed to uphold their trust," he said.
