Bihar Minister smells conspiracy in New Delhi and Mahakumbh stampede

Patna, Feb 16 (UNI) Bihar Minister and senior BJP leader Dilip Jaiswal on Sunday said he suspected a conspiracy behind the stampedes at New Delhi railway station on Saturday night and at Mahakumbh on January 29.
Jaiswal said despite the best of arrangements made by the government types of machinery at Prayagraj and also the Railways, stampedes got triggered at Mahakumbh and at New Delhi railway station.
Probe was being conducted in both incidents and it appeared that "some elements were deliberately trying to trigger" stampede, causing loss of precious lives, he added.
