Bihar legislative council adjourned following bedlam over

Patna, Mar 21 (UNI) Bihar legislative council was adjourned till lunch on Friday following bedlam over national anthem issue.
As soon as the Upper House assembled for the day, the opposition members led by MLC Rabri Devi raised the issue and demanded a reply from the government to it.
Accusing Kumar of "insulting" the national anthem during an event, Rabri Devi asked the government to apologize before the House and the people of the country.
