Bihar: Court orders to stop Danapur SDO salary

Patna, June 18 (UNI) District and Sessions Judge-cum-CBI Special Judge Sunil Kumar Singh directed the district magistrate on Wednesday to stop the salary of Danapur Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) for not submitting the assessment report in connection with a case.
Singh through a letter to the District Magistrate of Patna asked him to stop the salary of the SDO of Danapur till he appears before the court and files a show-cause statement.
Apart from this, the court has also directed the District Magistrate to issue instructions to the Treasury in this regard and inform the court about the action taken in this connection.
