Bihar: Court grants custodial interrogation of Sanjiv Mukhiya in question paper leak case

Patna, Apr 26 (UNI) Additional chief judicial magistrate (I) Pravin Kumar Malviya on Saturday ordered 36 hours police remand for custodial interrogation of Sanjeev Mukhiya in connection with question paper leak case of various competitive examinations.
The Economic Offences unit of Patna police had produced Sanjeev Mukhiya before the court.
As it is, following a tip off, Sanjeev Mukhiya who was evading arrest, was nabbed by the police from an apartment located under Danapur police station area on Friday.
