Patna, Feb 9 (UNI) Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said on Sunday that Bihar is the birthplace of India's rich cultural heritage.
Addressing the valedictory function of GTRI 5.0 dialogue here, Khan said that "an inferiority complex has developed in us due to invasions and centuries of foreign rule, but we should not forget that our civilization is 5,000 years old."
He suggested self-introspection instead of looking outside for the solutions and stressed the need to connect with the cultural values and imbibe them.
