Patna, July 25 (UNI) Bihar assembly passed Rs 47,512 crore first supplementary budget including over Rs 10391 crore for education department for the financial year 2024-25.
Replying on behalf of the government in the state assembly during the post lunch sitting on Thursday, the human resources development Minister Sunil Kumar outlined the achievements and the schemes of the state government for improving the quality of education within the state.
He said that the state government was committed to provide quality education to every section of the society including scheduled caste, extremely backward caste, other backward caste, women, minorities and the oppressed sections.
