Bihar Assembly 2nd phase, 8 Bye-Polls: Notification issued

New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) The Election Commission of India on Monday issued a notification for the second phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, marking the beginning of the nomination process for 122 constituencies across 20 districts.
The polls for this phase will be held on November 11.
Alongside Bihar, the ECI has also issued notifications for eight Assembly bypolls across seven states and union Territories. These by-elections will be held concurrently on November 11 in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Telangana, Punjab, Mizoram, and Odisha.
