Bihar: 3 girls meet their watery grave in pond

Sitamarhi, Apr 23 (UNI) Altogether three girls drowned in a pond in Bajpatti police station area of ​​Bihar's Sitamarhi district on Wednesday, police sources said.
The sources said here that some girls living in Kanchanpur Ward No. 11 of Pachda Nimahi village had gone near the pond to bring soil. Suddenly one girl slipped into the pond. In an attempt to save her, four other girls also stepped into the pond.
Two girls somehow got out of the pond, while three met their watery grave. Sources said that with the help of local divers, the villagers fished out the bodies from the pond.
