Bhaskar Jadhav urges introspection within Shiv Sena (UBT), moots change in party's working style

Mumbai June 17 (UNI) Senior Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Bhaskar Jadhav has openly called for introspection within the party, stating that its leadership and organizational functioning need significant changes.
Speaking to reporters, Jadhav said the party must adopt a fresh approach and move forward with renewed energy and planning instead of repeatedly lamenting the departure of leaders and workers.
He emphasized that the party should focus on creating a new generation of leadership and suggested that youth leader Aaditya Thackeray should spend more time interacting with party workers and the public. According to Jadhav, senior leaders should actively mentor and promote younger leaders rather than remain confined to internal circles.
