Bengal: RLDA invites bids for residential development at Kharagpur Railway colony

Kharagpur, July 24 (UNI) Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for the grant of lease for 32,000 Sqm (approx.) Railway land for Residential Development at Kharagpur Railway Colony.
The RLDA also invited bids for license for Redevelopment of Railway Colony (on a land parcel of 2840.07 Sqm) in Chandimari Maidan Railway Colony under Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway.
The land will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 14.7 crore. (The Redevelopment cost of Rs 7.54 Crore. for the Development of Railway Quarters & other mandatory infrastructure will have to be incurred by the Developer in addition to the Reserve Price/ Quoted Lease Premium).

Itanagar, Apr 20 (UNI) As part of the ongoing anti-drug campaign under Operation Dawn 2.0, Nirjuli and Papu Hills Police Stations conducted two separate operations on Saturday, resulting in the arrest of three drug peddlers and the seizure of a total of 51.45 grams of suspected heroin, Naharlagun SP Mihin Gambo said on Sunday.
