Bengal govt receives setback as Cal HC bars tainted teachers from taking part in fresh recruitment

Kolkata, July 10 (UNI) The Calcutta High Court today ruled that the tainted candidates can not take
part in the fresh recruitment in the teaching jobs, court sources said.
A division bench headed by Justice Soumen Sen, after hearing the arguments from the state as well as from the West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) and opposite side, held its earlier a single bench judgement barring all the tainted teachers from taking part in the fresh recruitment process, which began in mid June.
