Bangladesh can buy oil from India, not Russia: Minister Shahriar Alam

Dhaka, Sep 4 (UNI) Bangladesh Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam said that Bangladesh can import fuel oil from India and not from Russia.
He gave this information at a press conference organized on the occasion of the Prime Minister's visit to India at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday.
Shahriar Alam said, "We are bringing electricity produced in India and the work of a large industrial group power plant in India is nearing completion." It will be inaugurated sometime this year. But not Russia's oil, we can take India's oil.
