B.Tech student found dead in Jhansi engineering college hostel

Jhansi, April 16 (UNI) A tragic incident has come to light from the Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh, where a 23-year-old B.Tech student allegedly died by suicide inside his hostel room at the Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET), police said on Thursday.
The deceased, Abhishek Gautam, was a third-year mechanical engineering student and a resident of Bansai village in Auraiya district.
He was staying alone in Room No. S-8 of the Panchvati Hostel on the college campus.
