Ashley St Claire calls on Elon Musk to publicly acknowledge their children

New York, Feb 16 (UNI) Tesla chief Elon Musk is facing public scrutiny after Ashley St Claire, a conservative commentator and children's author, urged him to formally acknowledge the five-month-old child and finalise their co-parenting agreement.
In a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), St Claire accused Musk (53) of ignoring multiple attempts to communicate.
Wrote that she and her team "have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded."
Musk's X post — which simply stated "Whoa" — was in response to an account which posted a screenshot of an alleged X post from 2020 that showed St Clair joking about wanting to get "Elon Musk's attention for a marriage proposal", according to a post by PEOPLE.
St Clair went on to accuse the other X account of sharing underage photos of her, writing to Musk: "When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?"
In a statement issued by her representative Brian Glicklich, St Clair confirmed that she and Musk had been working behind closed doors on a custody rearrangement, stating that St Clair and Musk had been "privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time."
Additionally, St Claire suggested that Musk had until recently, expressed interest in having more children with her, making his reluctance to address their current situation contradictory.
She also shared screenshots appearing to show that X's security team had temporarily locked the offending account for posting non-consensual images of her as a minor.
Musk is also a father to children Nevada, Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, Damian, X Æ A-12, Exa, Strider, Azure, Techno and his second youngest child. He shares his children with his ex-wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, singer-songwriter Grimes (whose real name is Claire Boucher) and Neuralink Corp's director Shivon Zilis.
In October 2023, Grimes and Musk sued each other over parental rights. As of December 2024, the case was still ongoing, with each attempting to establish their position as the primary parent.
Despite Musk's vocal stance on population growth, his co-parenting relationships remain fraught with legal and personal challenges.
St Claire has emphasised her desire to keep their child's life private, announcing, "I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment,"
St Clair added. "For that reason, I ask that the media honour our child's privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting."
Her post was captioned by the Latin phrase, "Alea Iacta Est," meaning "The die is cast."
