As AI job-loss looms, Emotional Intelligence emerges as ultimate career shield

Bengaluru, Jan 19 (UNI) As fears of job losses due to artificial intelligence (AI) intensify across industries, emotional intelligence (EI) is emerging as the most critical safeguard for future careers, according to Dr Nitin Garg, Director, ISME Bangalore.

“AI is not just another software. It has arrived as a digital twin,” Garg said in an exclusive interview to UNI at the ISME campus here on Monday.
