Arunachal soars high in connectivity under CM Pema Khandu’s leadership

Itanagar, Oct 15 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has highlighted the frontier state’s remarkable transformation in connectivity—both aerial and digital—under the past nine years of his government, declaring that the state has truly moved “from remote to remarkable.”
“Who said the mountains slow you down? Arunachal Pradesh is now soaring at both digital and aerial altitude,” Khandu said in a social media post on Wednesday, underscoring the hilly state’s rapid infrastructure and technological progress.
Key milestones achieved under his leadership include: Inauguration of the state’s first Greenfield airport at Hollongi, placing Arunachal firmly on India’s aviation map; operational civil flights from Pasighat, Tezu, and Ziro, improving regional connectivity.
