Army Training Command organises Freedom Bike Rally on Independence eve

Shimla, Aug 14 (UNI) In a vibrant display of patriotism and unity, the Headquarters Army Training Command hosted a Freedom Bike Rally here on Wednesday, the eve of the 78th Independence Day.
The event was inaugurated by Lieutenant General Dheerendra Singh Kushwah, Chief of Staff, Headquarters Army Training Command, from Annandale, Shimla, at 1000 hours on August 14, 2024.
The rally featured a spirited group of 36 military personnel and civilian enthusiasts from Shimla. Covering a distance of 100 kilometers, the route spanned from Shimla through Kufri, Chail, and Kandaghat, before returning to Shimla.
