Armed robbers steal ₹7 lakh and laptop from SBI CSP operator in Pakur

Ranchi, Sep 12 (UNI) In a daring daytime robbery, three armed men targeted an SBI CSP operator in Jharkhand’s Pakur district, making away with cash and valuables worth several lakhs.
The incident occurred near Paklo village in Singarsi Panchayat under Amrapara police station. The victim, Ranjit Bhagat, was on his way to the Customer Service Point (CSP) center on his motorcycle when the assailants, riding two bikes, intercepted him near Boka Morh. Threatening him with weapons, the robbers snatched Rs 7 lakh in cash, his laptop, and the motorcycle.
Police confirmed that the culprits had apparently reconnoitered Bhagat’s movements prior to the attack. After the robbery, the gang fled toward Dasgoda in Littipara police jurisdiction. Authorities have recovered one of the robbers’ bikes along with the victim’s motorcycle during the search operation.
