APSRTC Wins National Award for Automatic Announcement System

Vijayawada, Jan 16 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), which has consistently been recognized for providing quality passenger services, has added yet another prestigious national award to its achievements.
For the year 2025, APSRTC has been honoured at the “Governance Now – 6th Digital Transformation Summit & Awards” for the successful implementation of the Automatic Announcement System at bus stations, a release stated on Friday.
Passengers from different regions and linguistic backgrounds regularly visit bus stations for various travel needs. With the objective of providing clear, timely and accurate information regarding bus arrivals and departures, platform numbers, route details and other essential travel-related announcements, APSRTC has implemented the Automatic Announcement System at major bus stations across the state.
