Approval for Pune–Varanasi ‘Amrit Bharat’ Express; Pune–Jabalpur train to become regular: union Minister Mohol

Pune, Apr 20 (UNI) Approval has been granted for two important trains connecting Pune to North India due to the successful follow-up with the Railway Ministry by the local MP and union Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation Murlidhar Mohol.
These services include starting a new ‘Amrit Bharat’ train between Hadapsar (Pune) and Banaras (Varanasi), and converting the existing Pune–Jabalpur special train into a regular service. union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has officially confirmed this approval in a letter to Mohol.
A large number of pilgrims from Pune and surrounding areas travel to Kashi, Varanasi, and Prayagraj. Recognizing this demand, Mohol had requested a direct train between Hadapsar and Banaras. The Railway Ministry responded positively by approving a modern ‘Amrit Bharat’ train, said a release issued by Minister Mohol's office on Monday.

No Grid Support Charge for 99 percent of Electricity Consumers in the State
