AP: Three killed as lorry ploughs through them

Visakhapatnam, June 24 (UNI) In a ghastly road accident, three persons were killed and 14 persons were injured, five of them seriously, when a lorry ploughed through some cars, two-wheelers and pedestrians when they were waiting at a traffic signal light at Parawada, near here, on Tuesday.

Police said that when the two-wheelers, cars and other vehicles were waiting at the Lankelapalem crossroads traffic signal, a speeding lorry, going to Anakapalli from Gajuwada, ploughed through them, killing three persons and injuring 14 persons.
